Spooky times...spiders hanging around!!!

It's been a couple of weeks that I keep thinking about crocheting something for Halloween...but with thousands of ideas and a huge to-do list I still hadn't had a chance...

I finally made it! These are quick and easy halloween decorations in as many colors as possible to have  them hanging around the house!

I found the pattern on Tejiendoperu blog with a full video tutorial that guides you step by step on how to easily make these lil spooky funny spiders!

It's real fun to make them and see how many expressions they can make :)

Hope you get inspired as well!

Happy evening!

Hat & Booties Crochet Set for a baby on the way

My adorable colleague, Danielle, is waiting for her second baby!!!

She has always supported me in my crochet passion, following step by step all the projects I have been working on... therefore, I thought a crochet present for her baby shower was due!

I found this pattern on Knot Your Nanas Crochet blog and I loved the idea of giving her a full set with hat and baby booties.

As many people here in London, Danielle has decided not to know in advance the sex of the baby in order to receive a beautiful surprise directly on the day of birth!

So.... I decided to use a neutral color ...and I thought beige could do!

I found the pattern great and easy to follow and I would definitely suggest you to try it!
I simply love the ears on top of the hat!!!

Wishing you a lovely day!

Christmas is on its way... what about preparing crocheted Ice Skates decorations?

I can't believe it that in less than 3 months it will be Christmas!! Actually, to be more precise...we're missing 80 days as per xmasclock!!

It is that period of the year in which I start penciling in all the projects that I would like to realize, starting from decorations and then getting into Christmas presents...

WOW....this year the list is already pretty long!

Therefore, I thought I better start with something small and simple! Here we go....crocheted ice skates!

The pattern comes from Craftstylish and I found it cute and very simple to realize. It doesn't require much time and, with a few paperclips and basic crochet stitches you can realize some pretty decorations for Christmas ahead of time!

These mini crochet Ice Skates are ready to hop on the Xmas tree, but they would also be cute as general decorations of Christmas presents as well as Christmas wishes cards.

I really hope you enjoy them!
